Clean grip DL+High hang clean pull+Above the knee clean pull+Clean from floor+Push jerk

Every 2 min for 10 Min
4 reps, Add weight from last week

C.
3X14 Alternating one legged squats (Using the pull up rig for balance)

D.
10 Inch worm push ups W/:05 hold at the top position-Try and walk those feet in a little bit closer
