1st min 15-20 Double KB Russian swings-Weight is up to you
2nd min 5-15 Double KB Thrusters-Same weight as above
3rd min 15 Box jump overs 24/20″

****For the first two exercises you should be thinking about pacing the movements and trying to be as efficient as possible, the third exercise should be a sprint!
