3 Min of (Take it nice and smooth just used to get warmed up)
50′ Walking lunges
50′ Burpee broad jump
50′ Bear crawl

2X30 Table top stretch
2X30 Couch stretch


20 Rep max- Back squat Final week
****A requirement for this is perfect reps.
10 Min cap for warm up and set

Death by
Power clean+jerk 135/95

Don’t be afraid to throw in a few split jerks for good practice, when need be then cycle the bar quickly

10 Turkish Get ups Right+Left
