Strength
5-5-3-3-1-1 No more then 95% on your last single
rest 2-3 min in between sets

Establish a max thruster
This will play into the next few weeks of training
no more then 5 attempts

10 Rds for time
5 pull ups
10 Push ups
15 Air squats

Cool Down
Mobility
Post results
