50′ Inchworm push up
2X10 Walking high kicks
2X10 DB KB Push press (Practice your rack position)

WOD

For time
1K Row

rest as needed
Then

50 DB KB Thrusters 53/35
Every time you drop the bells 5 burpees will be done immediately
The whole workout will be timed take enough time in between the row and thrusters to ensure you can get a big set in the start with the KB’s
