Burpees-note that these are to be good quality burpees chest and thighs must be in contact with the ground at the same time and a vertical torso position in the jump must also be maintained with arms extended overhead
After finishing rest 2-5 min

Grab 2 heavy KB’s or dumbbells
4 min amrap
60M farmers carry
Every time you drop in between the lines it’s a 10 air squat penalty at the end of the workout, you can rest on the beginning and end of the walkway
