High Hang Snatch + Snatch from 2″ Below the Knee
Rest as needed

Suggested loading per set (by %): 60, 65, 70, 75, 80

B.
Every 5 minutes, for 20 minutes (4 sets):
Run 800 Meters
15 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups

Note times for each set, and then add total time (e.g., 2:52 + 2:58 + 3:02 + 3:08 = 12:00)

C.
Three sets of:
Chinese Rows x 6 reps @ 21X1
Rest as needed
Weighted Plank x 45-60 seconds
Rest as needed
