7 Rds for time
7 Russian swings
7 Burpees Over your bell
7 Pull ups

Then

3 Sets of 500M Row 80-95%
Rest as needed between sets
after completing the rows make sure you journal what your times were

ACC Work
Hang Power clean speed work
3X:25 Max reps 115/75
