3 min jump rope practice

10 Wall ball shots 20/14
10 Alternating Dumbbell snatch
20 Double unders
rest as needed in between rds
The goal for this workout is to find a redline and back off of it just by a bit. Move fast enough to where it does not affect your technical movements.
