Taking a Sandbag of your choice Complete the following
10 Front rack squats
10 Front rack walking lunges
10 Thrusters
2 Full rounds as fast as possible for each person for a team time
Rest as needed

800M Run W/Sandbag switch partners when ever needed
10 Burpees (each person)
400M Run w/Sandbag
10 Burpees
200M Run W/Sandbag
10 Burpees
For time

Cool Down
Mobility
Post results
