Clean & Jerk x 1 rep
Loads per set (by %) – 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 90+, 90+, 90+
B.
Five sets of:
Push Press x 3 reps
Rest 2-3 minutes
Build to a 3-RM push press.
C.
Every 8 minutes, for 24 minutes (3 sets), for times:
Row 1000 Meters
10 Muscle-Ups
20 Push Press (175/115

Mobility
