2X10′ FWD/REV OVHD PVC Squat and walk
2X10 PVC Pass throughs
50′ Walking kick2toe touches

Goal today is to break down different pulling positions for the snatch.
PVC Drills. High hang- Mid thigh- Below the knee-Ground

Weighted snatch Pulls, If form is there work up to something you can control with good technique.
10 min

BTN Snatch push press
6X2 Moderate weight
10 min

Cool Down
Mobility-Lat stretch, Drinking birds, leg pumps etc
