Teams of 2 men 2 female 
Lvl One
Male athletes complete as many reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
60 Single-unders
15 Power snatches 65lb

Then,
Female athletes complete as many reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
60 Single-unders 
15 Power snatches 45lb


Lvl Two

For max reps:
Male athletes complete as many reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
30 double-unders
15 power snatches 75lb
Then,
Female athletes complete as many reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
30 double-unders
15 power snatches 55lb

If you are participating in the Crossfit Team series, please try and practice this workout with all of your team members.
